To support the expansion of its service, the Baltimore Water Taxi hosted two job fairs across Baltimore City. The first was held on Tuesday, April 25 at the Center for Urban Families in West Baltimore. The second was held on Saturday, April 29 at the UA House at Fayette in East Baltimore. Baltimore City residents, regardless of age or experience, were encouraged to attend either job fair to learn more about open positions, and interview on the spot. Nearly 100 people attended to explore potential opportunities, resulting in 27 deckhands and four new captains hired at the Baltimore Water Taxi.
