UA House at Fayette Opens in Partnership with Living Classrooms

In 1990, there were nearly 150 community centers in Baltimore. Today, across our city there are only 46. This rapid reduction in our city’s rec centers fueled a desire and aspiration to create more places for communities to gather, children to play and residents to gain access to educational and job training resources. From that desire, the UA House at Fayette, was born.

In 2016, Corps Logistics CEO, Jim Duffney, came to Sagamore Development company looking for a place to grow his business. Earlier that year, Corps Logistics had been awarded a contract with Baltimore City to manufacture electric bikes for the Baltimore Bike Share program.

The Baltimore Water Taxi is Expanding

Last summer, Sagamore Ventures acquired a 100 percent share of Harbor Boating, Inc., the company contracted to provide Water Taxi services to the residents and visitors of Baltimore. Because of the acquisition, the Baltimore Water Taxi can expand its operations including additional routes, extended commuter hours and an increase in the number of stops.

Port Covington and Our South Baltimore Neighbors
